The cover of each paper material “Application Form” submitted by eligible enterprises shall be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise, and each “Application Form” and the attached materials shall be bound into a volume and submitted to the local municipal (state) economic and information authorities for preliminary review. The municipal (state) economic and information authorities are responsible for the acceptance and preliminary review of application materials for the photovoltaic and printed circuit board industry specifications in their respective regions, and verify the materials provided by the enterprise applying for announcement, Submit the application materials and verification opinions of the enterprise (in triplicate) (including paper version+CD) to the Electronic Information Department and the Material Industry Department of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology. Requirements for Self Inspection of Photovoltaic and Printed Circuit Board Industry Specification Announcements in Sichuan Province
（1） In order to strengthen the supervision and management of announced enterprises and maintain a dynamic adjustment mechanism, the competent departments of various cities and prefectures are invited to supervise and inspect the enterprises that have entered the list of photovoltaic manufacturing and printed circuit board industry specification announcements in accordance with the requirements of the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Photovoltaic Manufacturing Industry Specification Announcements” and the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Printed Circuit Board Industry Specification Announcements”, and urge them to conduct a self-inspection of their production and operation in 2021 and complete a self-inspection report, Photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises submit self-inspection reports online through the “Photovoltaic Industry Operation Monitoring and Project Management Platform” and submit them to the Electronic Information Department and the Materials Industry Department of the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology.
（2） The competent economic and information departments of various cities (prefectures) are invited to guide enterprises that fail to maintain the requirements of the standard conditions to strengthen rectification and meet the requirements of the standard conditions in accordance with the requirements of the standard conditions. Propose adjustment suggestions for enterprises that still cannot maintain the requirements of standard conditions after rectification. Pay attention to and strictly control the work related to declaration and self-inspection, and promptly report any problems and situations arising from the work to our office. Those who fail to pass the rectification will be reported to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for revocation of their qualification for announcement.
Conditions for Sichuan Province to carry out the announcement and application of photovoltaic and printed circuit board industry specifications
Any photovoltaic and printed circuit board manufacturing enterprise that meets the “Photovoltaic Manufacturing Industry Standard Conditions (2021 Edition)” and “Printed Circuit Board Industry Standard Conditions” can voluntarily apply.
