China is breaking the foreign monopoly in the high-end panel field through printed OLED display technology. This technology uses a method similar to inkjet printing to deposit organic luminescent materials, which has more cost advantages and yield potential compared to traditional vapor deposition processes. It is considered an important path to achieve the localization of large-sized, high PPI OLED displays. The development in this direction will profoundly affect the integration methods and design requirements of printed circuit boards in future consumer electronics.
